Reflecting on the transient nature of emotions, Ananya said that reminding herself that “nothing is permanent” helps her push through. Filmmaker Vikramaditya Motwane, who directed her upcoming film CTRL, added his perspective, suggesting that sometimes people deal with heartbreak by “talking to someone or burning old photographs.”
When the host pressed Ananya Panday about whether she had taken a similar approach after her breakup, she subtly confirmed with a nod. “I’m not the only one who’s done this,” she added with a smile. “A lot of people have, and it’s a great way to release built-up frustration.”
