According to the Mumbai Police, actor Malaika Arora‘ father has sadly passed away due to apparent suicide. Malaika, who wasn’t present in Mumbai at that time, rushed to be with her family during a difficult time. The matter is currently unfolding and not much is known about the incident.
As per a report by India Today, the body of Arora’s father has been sent for post-mortem and their house is currently under heavy police protection. Arbaaz Khan, Arora’s ex-husband, was seen entering Ayesha Manor, Arora’s residence and avoided paparazzi at all costs. The family is yet to release an official statement.
Unfortunately, netizens have already started to speculate on the reason behind Arora’s father’s suicide. While some speculate financial reasons, others believe that her father was struggling with depression after several major health scares last year. What the real reason is we may never know.
