Based on what happened in The Boy season 4 finale these are our predictions for season 5- the Butcher will be the main villain of the series as he tries to ensure that Homelander is killed. We will see what Sage’s true plan for Homelader is.
We might finally know where Homelander’s son and A-Train are. According to the Boys season 4 finale end credit scene Soldier Boy has been cryogenically frozen. So, it is possible that he will be unfrozen in the new season. Eric Kripke, the showrunner of The Boys and Gen V, announced that the second episode of Gen V will take place right after The Boys season 4. This will help bring us more clarity on the plot of season 5.
