TXT’s Yeonjun to Make His Solo Debut with ‘GGUM’ Tomorrow

TOMORROW X TOGETHER (TXT) fans are eagerly awaiting September 19th, when Yeonjun will make his highly anticipated solo debut with the pre-release single “GGUM” (which means “Dream” in Korean). This track, part of his upcoming mixtape, will be released at 6 PM KST, and fans are already excited about the teaser and concept. On September 17 at midnight KST, TXT’s official social media accounts unveiled a teaser image for “GGUM,” which sparked further excitement. The teaser shows a piece of gum stuck to the bottom of a shoe, creating curiosity about the music video’s theme. The full music video will be released along with the track on September 19 at 6 PM KST, with a teaser video dropping on September 18 at midnight.

“GGUM” is a hip-hop track with an electronic influence, featuring modulated vocals and powerful piano-driven break sections. Yeonjun, who has been involved in the choreography from the start, incorporated unique movements like a gum-chewing gesture to add flair to the performance.

Yeonjun’s first live performance of “GGUM” will be on September 20 on KBS2’s Music Bank, followed by appearances on Show! Music Core, Inkigayo, and M Countdown.
